Hi,

Normally this is quite simple, I take the assumption that if you can make outcalls from the trunk, it is so registered properly at SIP level.

Can you confirm that internal calls are also working ? (I mean from UC assistant or phone, you can call user with its internal number e.g. user A with 1000 calling user B on 1001)

Then if you want to set a DID to you user to be reachable from outside you have two ways either create an incoming rule per user e.g. (phone number is faked) :

Either you create a general rule where the last four digits of your DID will match the internal user phone number like and works as a proxy :

    (1-1/1)
